Mike achieved early success with the Toronto ’96 Olympic Bid. In 1990, he founded E-Design Group, a Mississauga-based full-service Marketing agency. Over 13 years he managed accounts in excess of $1.5M for clients such as Orkin/PCO, Volvo Trucks, Hilti Canada, Wyeth Healthcare and Maxxam Analytics. Selling E-Design in 2003, Mike then relocated to Cambridge, ON and worked on national campaigns for such companies as Home Depot, LCBO, T.G.I. Fridays, HBC, Frito-Lay, Brick Brewery and Pepsi.
Launching MoreSALES in 2005, Mike focuses on generating results for clients across North America. Mike is a Paul Harris Fellow, past president of The Rotary Club of Cambridge North and was 2014 Rotarian of the Year. As former professor of sales at Conestoga College, Mike has been recognized for his work with the Entrepreneur Mentorship program.
Patrick, a graduate of Sheridan College Graphic Design Program, is a graphic artist with a unique creative viewpoint developed over 30 years in the fields of Art, Creative Direction and Graphic Design. His logo designs, brand development strategies and advertising campaigns have been embraced by over 40 companies.
Patrick operated Intelligraphics, a successful creative print and alternative media agency, where he designed for such clients as General Motors, Manulife Financial, Arriscraft, Home Hardware and Nutrite Fertilizer. His talents were also pivotal in the development of dozens of highly successful marketing campaigns, including work for Sheridan College and Woody’s Coolers.
Matt is a web developer with extensive experience in numerous languages and has enabled hundreds of businesses develop a competitive advantage online. Matt also focuses on search engine optimization and social media marketing to build traffic towards the companies’ online presence.
Matt specializes in developing online platforms using content management systems, specifically WordPress. Clients range from politicians to businesses all across the globe with projects ranging in size from simple content updates to full site redesign including e-commerce. Throughout the process, Matt takes on various roles and is efficient within both the PC and Mac environments.
A Business Graduate of Western University in 2016, Evan has spent over 5 years with MoreSALES. Evan was at the forefront of the launch of MoreSALES Marketing Automation in 2016, utilizing the platform for both MoreSALES and its’ clients.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, Evan creates and executes a variety of digital marketing strategies. With experience in a variety of marketing tools including SharpSpring, Pardot and Click Dimensions, Evan works and strives maximize client’s online marketing presence
Sean is an analytics-driven digital marketer, SEO specialist and PPC expert who, over the last 20 years, has worked across many different verticals with a diverse range of companies, including Mercedes-Benz, Audible and Franklin Templeton. A graduate of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology (B. Comm, e-Commerce/Marketing), Sean has spent his career immersed in the logic of the business world, developing a unique perspective on how companies can optimize their online presence. With his extensive knowledge of digital tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, META Ads, Linkedin Ads, and SEO—and how to best apply them to each client—Sean has a history of drilling deep to generate results at the postal code level.
Keen on supporting his community and beyond, Sean has participated in the CIBC Run for the Cure event over the last eight years and is a board member of the Community Innovation Lab.
Norma, a graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University, has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry focusing on financial analysis and operational efficiencies through innovative technical solutions. Norma is also an active volunteer in the community and specifically with Junior Achievement teaching children how to prepare a budget and develop strategies to achieve educational and career goals.
As the Bookkeeper for MoreSALES, Norma maintains the financial records, prepares invoices, ensures accounts are current and accurate and prepares financial reports to the management team.

His work has taken him to many countries, including Japan, where he lived for nine years, writing for companies such as Honda, Panasonic, Sony and Tokyo Broadcasting System (TBS).

After earning his degree at Durham College, he has honed his skills by working on a diverse range of projects, from corporate videos to professional quality music videos. His expertise in composition, audio, lighting, and editing ensures that every frame is both engaging and impactful.
Expanding his repertoire, Konnor also excels at drone videography, offering a unique perspective that adds depth and dynamism to his work. He utilizes state-of-the-art UAV technology to capture breathtaking aerial footage that transforms ordinary scenes into extraordinary visual experiences.

Celebrating more than 10 years with the MoreSALES team, Maggie keeps everyone working to their fullest potential. She is the first to welcome everyone in the office each day, and her infectious enthusiasm spreads into everything we do. As the friendliest assistant one could ask for, Maggie keeps the marketing wheels turning and supports those who need a little puppy time.
