General Manager – Heather Sanderson


Heather’s career has focused on interacting and growing with businesses for both profit and non-profit organizations; working in marketing, administration, and project and event management.

Her experience ranges from newspaper, retail displays and small to large format printing.

For 8 years, she was a Special Events Manager, providing assistance in maximizing revenue sources through her ability to develop and implement effective marketing materials, secure sponsors, negotiate favourable agreements related to special events, and much more.

She organized and managed five annual fundraising events (many simultaneously) and her ability to stay calm under pressure, truly amazes. As a part of her role, she recruited, trained and supervised volunteers. She has truly developed a deep understanding of the importance of building and sustaining relationships with corporate partners, volunteers and committee members.

In addition to her fundraising role, Heather also ensured that all administration and data base management issues were dealt with in a timely manner.

As Client Services Manager, the point of contact person for, Heather brings a wealth of understanding the organization while preparing invoices, financial reports and general correspondence.

She is also the go to person when trying to locate Mike!
